Addendum to these Terms of Use and part of the provision of these terms of use it is determined that in the unlikely event of a booking cancellation we reserve the right to retain all the deposit amount unless the third party or parties notify us by telephone or e-mail of the cancellation 7 days prior to their due arrival date at the Bellos Studios, thereafter failure to comply with these terms the third party or parties will forfeit their right to a full deposit return.
